We have a 14 day return policy, which means if you are unhappy with your purchase you have 14 days to submit a return request.

in order for us to accept your request, the following requirements must be met;

  • The item is in unworn, brand new condition with original packaging/ tags
  • The item is in unworn, brand new condition with no marks or scratches
  • The item is returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date
  • The item was not purchased in a sale

*Earrings are not eligible for a refund/return/change of mind due to hygiene reasons. See below for faulty item returns*

PLEASE NOTE:

  • we offer store credit only.
  • There may be delays during busy periods, as soon as we receive your request will contact you via email.
  • Sale section items are not eligible for returns
  • We can only offer direct exchanges on items that are in stock.
  • All return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in case of a faulty item - detailed below

FAULTY ITEMS 

we pack your order with care, however in the unlikely case of a package delivered with a faulty item, we will provide a full refund if the following is met;

  • you notify us via admin@huxlie.com within 14 days of delivery (including detailed description and photos)
  • your claim has been reviewed and approved for a refund

*once approved, it may take up to 5-7 business days for funds to appear in your account*

 

RETURNS

For all exchanges and store credits, please print and complete to "returns form" at the Bottom of this page.

With attached return form, please send your items to the address provided.

ORDER CHANGED OR CANCELLATIONS

If you are seeking to cancel or change your order, please contact admin@huxlie.com ASAP. If the order is caught in time, we can assist you with a store credit.

Proper handling and care can help prolong the life of your Huxlie jewellery pieces. When you purchase a piece of jewellery, it is important to take recommended care to ensure you get the most from your pieces. 

Jewellery care is located under the 'customer care' tab

  • All Huxlie pieces come with a 3 month warranty against manufacturing faults. This does not include any discolouration or oxidisation.
  • If your jewellery is damaged due to a manufacturing fault, we will offer you an exchange of same item or full refund. However, all items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Please read the Jewellery care guide provided on our website.  Natural oxidisation may occur over time or if you have not adhered to our jewellery care guide. A refund will not be issued in this circumstance, only If your jewellery is damaged ie. issues with the chains, clasps ect
